i winter, sometimes, i don't know why but sometimes at night, you know, when you're like at the middle of the night and then you suddenly wake up and get cold, and start to think stupid stuff and still can't move just a little. that happened to me last night. now i have a fever.
i had it 10-15 days back and even i was feeling so worst than ever
I am sick with strep throat myself, I can't talk and I am always coffing (can't spell) I am just glad I can type. I have had this cold for 4 days now. I hate it. Just a warning I think a lot of things are going around.

I feel your pain. I work in an office. I started getting sick, now my bf mother has been in bed for almost a week, and i am relapsing. Been there, done that!
Try to get rest, drink a lot of liquid fluids to maintain yourself hydrated and eat!!!! Take dayquil or nyquil and muscle pain (not tylenol) doesn't work....... Aleve or Advil will do the trick and just plain, good old rest. It will wear off on its own....Patience and get well soon.
