Why does my head feel clogged up?!

This could be caused by either your sinuses or by allergies. Either one can make you feel miserable. If it's sinus-related, you will probably have pressure and pain in your sinus areas, especially those above your eyes, by the side of your nose and underneath your cheekbones. If it feels this way, you may have an infection and will need to see a doctor for some antibiotics. When you feel "out of it," that might be that you have fluid in or around your ears. That can also make you feel dizzy. Then again, you could be coming down with the common cold. At any rate, you need to take care of yourself and get plenty of fluids and lots of rest. Lots of Vitamin C is good for any of the above. I hope you feel better soon!

sounds like sinuses to me. Do this even though it sounds wierd: rub Vick's Vapo Rub all over the bottoms of your feet, then sleep with socks on all night. When you wake up, you should feel much clearer (and your feet will be surprisingly soft!)

I had that problem too. For me i just drank like 10 glasses of water over an 8 hour period and it went away. Sometimes that fuzziness comes from dehydration.. Try it!! Hope it helps...

I have had allegeries and sinus problems for years. I think smoking when young contributed to them. I react to the smell of certain flowers and dust. Mowing the grass is also a problem. I have learned that certain things help me. One is to take a flu shot every year. This seems to build up my resistance. I rarely have colds anymore and I think the flu shots prevent them. My sinus problems still occur around flowers and dust but I found an aid that helps. Whenever I mow the grass or get into dust, I full a cup with warm water and a teaspoon of plain salt. Then I use a rubber squeeze bulb to flush my nose out. I keep flushing until the salt water runs through my nose and down my throat. Spit the water out, of course. Kind of nasty, but it helps me. Try it.
