Some symptoms are fatigue, trouble breathing, chest pain, abdominal pain, weight loss, weakness, dizziness or passing out.
Some more serious signs are rapid heart rate, rapid breathing, pale/cold skin, yellow-ish skin tone, low blood pressure, heart murmur, enlargement of the spleen
they can check it with a simple blood test, or if you go to donate blood (red cross) that is one test they do before you can give blood.
Fatigue, dizziness, shortness of breath.

^^ what they said. if you think you are anemic you should go get checked by a physician cuz it can cause health problems later.
