Well have you taken any new medications or eaten any new foods...if so, you could be having an allergic reaction to something. It could also be a reaction to a new soap, laundry detergent, anything new you may have tried lately. If this doesn't apply to you then the other possibility is scabies. If you continue itching, I would definitely see a physician.
