I have a small exema problem?!?!?!?!
Question: i have a small amount of exema in between the top of my leg and my butt. the doc. said it's no problemo .i've had it for about 1 year now and i put lotion on every day, which doesn't help. i can't stop itching it! especially when i wake up!!!!!!!! any suggestions?

once you get exema your stuck with it
it can only get better but it won't go away.
believe me i had it since i was 4 and it's been 10 years, I use
"Protopic (tacrolimus ointment)"
ask you docotor about it,
maybe it will help, it sure helped me.

Most lotions have alcohol in them which just dries you out more. You might want to try corticosteroid creams or ointments.
take flax seed oil.
