NO....because transmission of measles is through droplet contact (airborne).
If transmission of a organism is though contact i.e. secretions of body fluids or blood...then disinfectant has a role.
Measles isn't much of a problem in the USA because most people are vaccinated against it. Look it up on www.cdc.gov if you want to know more about measles.
