I'm sick, my chest hurts so badly!!!!!?!

Question: ok yesterday morning, I woke up, and felt a little sick.
coughed all day long till my head hurts everytime I cough, my chest felt kind of tight.
and this morning, I got like 3 hours of sleep, woke up becuz my chest felt really really tight, and hurt a lot. my hands are really cold, major headachache, and my lips are really red.

I measured my blood pressure, it came out to be 115 and 84. which I think was normal. but my heartbeat is unusually fast!!!! it's 100 beats/min. so I had a couple of hot water and now it's 3 hours later, and my heartbeat is still going at least 100 per min.

what's wrong with me???

ps. 2 days ago, I had a t shirt on and got out, and then suddenly it started raining, so i got a little wet, and was on the cold cold school bus for about 3 hours. and i think that's the reason why i got sick yesterday.

Sounds like you may have a bronchial infection. The only way to be sure is to see a doctor.
Until you can get to one, take a pain reliever like tylenol and some cough syrup. If you can't breathe, turn on the shower as hot as you can get it and sit in the bathroom surrounded by the steam.
But, you need to see a doctor or call the local emergency room to see what they suggest.
I'm no doctor, but suffer with the no breathing thing when I get a cold and these have helped me.
