What are the signs of dehydration?!
Question: Some common signs are a dry mouth, fever, not urinating often or at all, feeling very tired, weak and exhausted, headaches and muscle pain.
A good way to test is if you pinch the skin on the top of your hand and pull it up a little then let go. If it doesn't bounce straight back it is a sign you are dehydrated.
