ear infections don't always cause ear drum ruptures. heat can help ease the pain, ibuprofen or aspirin may help a little too.

I dont know how long it will take for it to rupture, but to ease the pain: warm up a blanket (or plug in a heating blanket if you have one) and put that on your ear. It really does help.

I can't ethically tell you what to put in your ear to ease the pain and, in fact, I wouldn't put anything in it.
Until daylight and you can go to a doctor or ER you'll have to count on Ibuprofen or ? to ease the pain. Or, wake your dad.

Take 2 tylenol 500 mg if you have it or 400-600 mg of Ibuprophin.
i dont know what else will stop pain, not like you can rub it.
if it just started, should not busy by morning, Ruptured ear drum is caused by the amount of fluid behind the drum.

If you are lucky it will rupture in your sleep....I have had ear problems my whole life. The best thing I found is try to yawn if that dont work take a hot shower and let your ear get warm heat will make fluid expand. It will hurt.....so if you can get some pain meds I'd do so.........If all else fails smoke a joint and go to bed, hopefully you will have a pillow stuck to your ear in the a.m. it can be kind of messy when it ruptures.
