Does the sun really give you allergies?!

Question: Yes, I know what you're thinking. 'I'll just give an answer to get the points.' But my parents once said that you can get allergies or your sinuses act up from being in sunrays. I don't truly believe this, and I think if you sneeze when you're exposed to the sunrays is just merely a coincidence.
