My friend sings vocals in his band and has cystic phibrosis?!
Question: is there any danger to him singing(he also screams he's in a screamo band) and possibly making his cystic phibrosis worse....he's 16 and is constantly in and out of the hospital

Cystic fibrosis doesn't just affect the lungs. Many people with cystic fibrosis have pancreatic insufficiency: the pancreas doesn't make enough digestive enzymes, so your intestine can't take in all the calories from what you eat, especially from fats. Because of this, and because of being sick all the time, it is fairly common not to reach their full growth potential.
singing might actually help clear his lungs. he should do what he enjoys. just have fun with your friend.
