it's not about what to eat or not to eat, it's about the portions and the variety of food in your diet, avoid fatty foods like cheese, fried foods, fatty meats. But most importantly remember to start a exercise regimen, now, this does not mean you have to get ready to run a marathon but just to go for a walk maybe 3 to 4 times a week, maybe take the stairs at work intead of the elevator and try to find far parking that way you can walk more. Ask your doctor if starting a b/p med is needed. Godd luck!
Walk everyday and stay away from all processed foods, especially those high in sodium. Don't drink soda, and reduce caffeine intake.
