Question: I dont have any risk of HIV except getting multiple blood draws in hospitals and labs during the past two months. I am afraid that there was a used needle which was reused on me. Yesterday I had nausea, fever and fatigue at night. I slept and I woke up and it was gone. now I am very worried that this might have been ARS. Could I have hiv??

Doubt it very much. Since when did hospitals reuse needles? And even if it did happen for whatever reason, to contract hiv, the person who the needle was used on previously would have to be hiv + .... and even if THAT was the case, the chances of contracting it are still slim. Chill a bit, you probably just had a bug.
Needles that are used to draw blood in the hospital are one time use only. I doubt it seriously if a needle was reused on you in a hospital setting. Maybe you are coming down with a flu or stomach virus. Nausea can stem from almost anything. Fatigue at night is common. Relax give it a few days and if it doesn't go away go to the doctor. HIV/AIDS are both acquired. Now if you have participated in high risk behaviors then get tested.
Hospitals can get sued for using used needles. So I doubt that they are willing to go to that risk for something that is so cheap. You are just begin too paranoid.
