Having low blood pressure dangerous? 115/56?!


Question: My blood pressure seems to be low alot more frequently sometimes I say things out of context and even write words out of context I went to as dr a year ago told him about the slur speech i had twice within a week he said it was due to the migranes I have had for years strange only time i had the slur speech going on but thats what he said the migrane this time was causeing the slur speech I get up to quick i get dizzy I don't want to go back and him the speciliast tell me its nothing again any advise is 115/56 low it is usually aorund 120/80 but i can tell when i am tired or just kinda of out of it i live behind walmart and go over and check it when i feel like that dizzy or odd forgetful. thanks

Your symptom of dizziness when you get up quickly is due to low blood pressure.

With all your symptoms mentioned, I tend to lean toward a thyroid imbalance.

I would find another doctor if you don't like the one you have. Find someone who will listen and hear you and believe you and not brush you off.

Normal Diastolic pressure, the bottom number, is down to 60 and up to 80. Below 60, you'd feel dizzy upon standing.

You can have migraines, low blood pressure, tiredness, slurred speech, and problems with words in speech and writing with thyroid disease.

My blood pressure at times goes down to around 107/60 and my cariologist says that is fine.
