I M SURE ITS OK,162MG IS A LITTLE HIGH FOR THINNING THE BLOOD TO HELP PREVENT STROKE,YOU MIGHT WANT TO ASK YOUR DR.ABOUT THIS SINCE 81 MG WILL DO THE SAME THING.STRESS IS WHAT BRINGS THE SHINGLES OUT,MAKE SURE YOU ARE EATING A GOOD DIET AND DRINKING LOTS OF WATER,GET YOUR 8 HRS OF SLEEP,AND TRY NOT TO WORRY ABOUT STUFF SO MUCH,I KNOW ITS HARD WITH GAS PRICES SO HIGH LATELY!!!

I doubt it, as aspirin was the only form of pain relief available at one time and has often been recommended for people suffering from shingles. Are you having some kind of allergic reaction to something else instead?

I've never heard of a relationship between shingles and aspirin. If there was one, I should think it would be widely known, since shingles is so common.

There is a statistical relationship between aspirin and Reyes syndrome in kids. That's why they aren't suppose to take aspirin.
