What are you called if you cannot handle loud noises?!

Question: There is a specific medical term for a mental disorder that causes the sufferer anguish when exposed to loud rhythmic sounds, like hammering, etc. It invokes rage, frustration, and often causes actual physical pain. I'm very curious about this, but I can't seem to find anyone who knows what the condition is called. If you know, please reply. Thanks!

Hyperacusis

Here is a link for an organization that has more information about this disorder. It is an abnormal intolerance of normal sound. So, think of all the sounds you hear right now and the way someone with Hyperacusis hears it will seem intolerably loud.

When children have this problem with a list of other things it is called sensory problems. I don't like it when people are labeled, because a lot of problems are just because we live in a toxic world. I don't know if you are referring to yourself or your child, but try buying some "zeolite" to help detox. Get it cheap on ebay from the liquid zeolite company, because they add minerals, humus and a lot of other good things to it. Other zeolite companies might leave you feeling anemic, because they remove minerals you need along with the mercury, lead ect...

Just trying to help by giving out little secrets:)
