Take a washcloth, wet it with hot water, and leave it on your face for 5 minutes. Then, take it off and use St. Ive's blemish/blackheads scrub (or another exfoliating scrub, but Sr. Ive's is the best) and scrub it wherever the blackheads on your nose are for a minute or two. Scrub hard. Then rinse and apply toner.
