Don't know if he has cancer, but it is ODD that you caught him masturbating and were there long enough to see a mole on his genitals....some there just doesn't smell right......
It could be a birthmark or just a regular mole. Some moles are nasty looking but nothing to worry about. If he knows you seen him in the den then ask him about the mole, tell him you are concerned about his health. Why was he masturbating where he could be discovered with teenagers in the house? That's not so cool.
