Swollen and sore lymph nodes accompanied by cold chills and soreness in the limbs and body may be the result of flu. Do you get colds very often? If your lower legs feel extremely tired with climbing or walking to much, and if all these symptoms have been going on since more than a month it is high time you see your physician and also get a chest x-ray done. Many a time Pneumococcal infections set in in this cold weather. Check your temperature in the afternoon. If there is low grade fever, you needs must get your chest x-ray done. In the meantime take a good brand of multivitamins and calcium with Vit.D and also B-Complex and remember all vitamin medications must be taken in the morning and afternoon with food. B-Complex is a metabolic vitamin and will help you get a lot of energy. Take vit.D fat free milk. If you smoke, that must be quits as of now. Do light exercises as of now until you see your doctor. Good luck.

Influenza, Small case of the sore throat, Or some kind of infection. Could be an alergic reaction or Bronchitus. Stay away from infected people (people that are sick) and talk to your usual doctor. It seems like a virus, instead of a bacteria has entered your body, which could mean that u can't cure whatever you've got with antbodies. Let me know how it goes.

I would go to the doctor's if I was you. The flu is a killer now if you get worse call them out.
