This is a cerebral hemorrhage and the symptoms will be the same as for a hemorrhagic stroke.
Weakness or inability to move a body part, numbness or loss of sensation in one or more parts of the body, decreased or lost vision (may be partial), speech difficulties (slow or slurred speech, an inability to form words), an inability to recognize or identify familiar things or people (loss of memory, using the wrong words to identify ordinary objects), sudden headache, vertigo (sensation of the world spinning around), dizziness (not the same thing as vertigo), loss of coordination (stumbling, fumbling, falling, dropping things, etc.), swallowing difficulties, changes in the level of consciousness: Sleepy, stuporous, lethargic, comatose, or unconscious.
