Unexplained Rash?!

Question: Hey Again People, This Time I Want To Ask About This Rash I Get All The Time Over These Years, I Get Itchy On My Arms, Legs, Near Enough Every Part Of My Body And When I Scratch It After A Minute Or So It Raises And Looks Like A Jellyfish Sting! Then After 30 Mins It Goes Away Until I Scratch Again. My Doctor Said I Might Be Allergic To Something But He Said It Would Be Nearly Impossible To Find Out What It Actually Is. I Have To Say I Am Quite Fond Of Ketchup Though. What Do You All Think. Please Post ASAP.

Yep, He's right I get the same rash. I have allergies to every grass that's grows and mold, hose dust and cotton wood trees and live in Kansas, go figure, I live in the grass lands. Some time when I get nerves or upset it happens, I can write "help me" with my finger nail on my stomach with out lifting my shirt, it freaks everyone out when I lift my shirt, cool. This is called Grapho dermatitis an simple sensitivity of the skin. I find flushing my sinuses with Neil-Med or a Netti pot saline solution helps with the sinus allergies, its cheap and harmless and clears up the nose problems. I tried the desensitizing Allergy shots for three years and had one to many reactions to them and have to give the up, I later had Inferior turbo reduction and septa correction which was a god send to my continual sinus infections, but it doesn't cure your allergies

my mum has the same problem but hers only happen usually at night and tends to scratch and make it worse the doctor said it could be due to menopause where the skin gets dry and more sensitive and irritation by scratching makes it worse until she gets red patches all over
