Pimples before period?!
Question: I always get a few pimples on my forehead just before my period and they last my whole period and often even longer. They're painful and hard to squeeze so I try not to do it. Nothing seems to work, benzol peroxide, salicylic acid, toners, I even tried moisturizing lotions but nothing works. They just are there. And they scar. Is there any other way to get rid of them apart from hormonal treatment? Please help. Thanks in advance for any advise. :)

hate that, my pimples scar, and NOTHING WORKS right. try a hot wet towel, IT makes the skin soft then pop them. go to a skin doctor.
Pimples are common and I see these questions allot. Just ride it out you will be fine.
Pimples contain pus, pus is decomposed animal blood. The body tries to get rid of the pus by urination, defecation and even pushing it through the skin. One way of preventing pus from being in the body is to stop eating animal blood which is in the meat. If this is not possible, then reduce the amount of meat eaten, while eating other foods such as vegetables and fruits and grains.
