ok, here's some things that you can do:
-Wash hands, often after restroom, before eating, etc.
-Vitamin C tablets/Drink Orange Juice, eat Foods w/Vitamin C
-Take a Multivitamin
-Get 8.5+ Hours of sleep
-Exercise for 20min. at least 3 times a week
-Stay away from infected people

My dad is a doctor and a guy from a drug company gave him samples of a product called coldFX. You can get it in the vitamin section of the drug store. If you feel like you might be getting sick you take it and your sickness just goes away. You can take one pill everyday as a preventative. I didn't beleive it would work, but it works rather well. Unfortunately, It is also expensive
