Question: I have an aversion to germs so I travel with my own toilet seat and portable shower. I wear a body sheath when I sleep in a strange room. My question is? Is there a hotel buffet that offers a protective splash guard that I can physically wear?

Never heard of a protective splash guard that a person can wear at a hotel buffet. I guess you have to take a can of Lysol disinfectant spray with you.

i would assume not
why would you need a splash guard. germs can go through the air too! and youve lived your whole life in the air, and haven't been sick, at least most of your life, so why worry that much? just wash your hands and shower daily.
