To answer your question to the best of my knowledge, do you have allergies during the spring and summer time. Tell me by adding more details, by the question, (there is an option for it.

I would think it is just an intolerance to cold in general.

However my sister has Raynaud's syndrome and her hands and feet get cold and burn at times. It is a vascular disorder caused by changes in temperature and stress.

If that is the case, then your hands will tingle and burn once they start to warm up again.

Here is a link, see if it sounds like you.

It could be possible that you are allergic to the cold. I am allergic to heat and i break out in hives and swell (everywhere) when I'm warm or in heated conditions.

You should first try Reactine. You can get it at any pharmacy for round $20 (10mg) - its over they counter.

You should also go and see a doctor. I put up with my condition for a couple of months because I couldn't figure out what it was that was causing me to swell up. If you could tell them that it is the cold and ice, they can narrow it down easier for you with a blood test and such.

Good Luck =)
