Chest pain with choking sensation during sleep. Is this sign of heart attack?!

The pain in your chest could be gas.

It could be sleep apnea. It's when you stop breathing while you sleep and your body freaks out making your heart beat faster(chestpain) and you may start to cough a lot. My mom and dad both have it. You may have to go the doctor's for a test that might leave you sleeping with a pretty awesome looking mask on your face that forces air into your lungs. Oh, if you are overwieght, loosing wieght may help if it's not too serious.

If this happens almost all the time while you sleep it might be anxiety.
