Cellulitis and C difficile?!

Question: Was in the hospital recovering from cellultis and contracted C difficile while recovering and it landed me back in the hospital. Very scary.

Oh poor you. That must have been awful. You may have been more prone to contracting c/dif due to the antibiotics you probably needed for the cellulitis.

manuka honey seems to be an effective remidy both topical and internal for most types of infection but i dont know if it is applicable in your case (clear it with your doctor)

and do some reserch yourself on it to see if its what you want

C difficile - causes a condition called pseudomembranous colitis, a result of antibiotic use, i.e. ampicillin. There is manifestation of diarrhea, and is diagnosed by finding clostridium toxin in stool. Treatment is metronidazole or oral vancomycin.
