How does bad nutrition affect our organs?!

Question: Bad nutrition can affect most of your organs. Depending on which ones you are inquiring about, would depend a lot on how badly you eat. For example: Eating lots of fried foods can eventually cause you to have high cholesterol. And, there are many others. Best thing to do, while you are young, listen to your elders and eat as healthy as you can. It will help keep you in good health a lot more years. Also, as an older friend of mine always tells me, God gives us water to replenish the earth, our bodies need water to cleanse it, so drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Eating an apple a day can help to keep the doctor away, too. Old saying, but a lot to it. And, that's my 2 cents worth. Good luck and God bless.

Lot of fatty foods with a lack of nutrients are bad on the heart too much milk is also bad on the heart. and liver. Its new information I read about homogenization. You lack energy and get either over weight or sluggish. Too much sugar you can get diabetes and drinking things like coke is bad like for the bones as well as diabetes and the heart.

You need food like quality vegetables fruits, whole grains, eggs(organic)

BAD nutrition??

Nutrition is what we need.

But i'll answer what i think you mean. Harmful levels of a nutrient (overdose) can cause books load of damage to our organs. Different nutrients do different things. For example like excessive levels of salt would disrupt the chemical balance in the brain.

No nutrients can be 'bad' though because we need them, but if you're referring to food, like spoilt food contain bacteria which poison our organs.
