Heart Doctors..Can you help me here?!

Question: Ok I really think something might be going on with my heart or something.

Im a 22yr old male, smoker & drinker

You know how sometimes you can feel like a gurgeling in your stomach like fluid is flopping around in there. well sometimes if im laying down or sitting still I feel and hear that sensation in my upper chest where my heart is......

Could there be something wrong???

Also I yawn constantly all the time mostly in the morning or if im doing anything physical. And it seems when I yawn its the only way i can catch my breath.

Thanks for your help

hey buddy, i'm not a heart doctor so i'm sorry for interfering ? However i am studying to be a naturopath and the symptoms that you mention of constantly yawning are a big signal that you are becoming very dehydrated.

Do you get headaches and migraines, have digestive problems such as bloating and constipation, have puffy bags or black circles under your eyes .......... these are all signs of dehydration ?

Are you sure you aren't just dehydrated buddy?? Expecting your digestive system to digest food and transport essential vitamins and nutrients with no water in your system is an extremely huge ask ............ Water is imperative to life. Without water your body will have a terrible time breathing, digesting food, transporting nutrients, lubricating your joint sockets etc.etc.etc.etc......... nothing substitutes for water. your body needs at least 2 litres of water daily to function efficiently.

also, try to cut back on drinks such as coffee, tea, alcohol, sodas and soft drinks (if you drink any of them) which will all do great job of dehydrating you. ie: just 1 can of soda or soft drink will make your body peesh out up to 12 cups of water !!! 1 cup of coffee will make your body peesh out about 2 cups of water ........... read the book by F. Batmanghelidj, M.D.... "Your body's many cries for water"...... an astounding and scary and very true read.

take care of you ?

CHEERS
?

yes. get yourself checked out.

Do you drink a lot of soda or caffeine? What about diet? High in fatty foods or spices?

see your doctor -write down your concerns and have them addressed BEFORE you leave the office.

You need to lay down the drink and cigs. and get yourself to a doctor as soon as you can!
