Glands on the inner surface of the clitoral hood secrete sebum, an oily substance that lubricates the clitoral glans. When this secretion builds up, it becomes smegma, a thick white discharge with a cottage-cheese appearance. If the smegma isn't washed away on a regular bases, it can accumulate and dry out, forming small hard kernels under the clitoral hood. The resulting irritation can be painful and may cause adhesions to form between the glans and hood. Preventing these adhesions is very simple: keep your vagina squeaky clean.

Sashmyshma is kinda right but the smegma dont necessarily have to becoming from your bf...it can becoming from your own body... My wife had that problem..she kept telling me it felt numb and everytime ift felt that way she would go check it... and it was there ...she thought it was an STD too (hell for me)... but we research it and found out what it really was

hope that helped

Does it hurt?

if so it's likely an STD.

Aside from that I am not help in this issue.

does it itch...you may have a yeast infection... sounds like a discharge

clap clap clap

Sounds like semen, but don't worry it's nothing bad.

could be some kind of STI.
:]

If there is an odd smell or pain, see a doctor. Could be a yeast infection, too. A recent course of antibiotics can cause this as well.

Go to your gyno and have it tested.. It should go away with meds.. In the future pay attention because you may be able to purchase a med at the drug store if you know what your ailment is.

Maybe a yeast infection?

yeast infection

i am not even going to give you an answer

probably its just his semen coming out. Or you could be ovulating, but when I ovulate its clear, not white but it is gooey like egg whites

ok so ur horney and ur white stuff down ther its called wetness ur just horney and u get wet when that happens :P

it could be a yeast infection you need to get look at good luck

The white stuff inside the penis is called 'smegma'. Its a cheese like substance which is harmful. If your boyfriend is NOT circumsiced, then the smegma will spread under the foreskin, and it will grow if you do not wash under the foreskin. Tell your boyfriend to wash his penis with warm water and soap. Clean under the foreskin area and rip the smega off using rubber gloves, because the smell of it will stick to your hands. Its a harmful bacteria so i recommend you to wash it off.

The only one who would be able to tell you for sure is your OB/GYN. If you are sexually active you should have one and be getting regular PAP smears (at least once per year). You and your boyfriend should also be tested for HIV regularly since you are having unprotected sex. Just because you haven't gotten pregnant yet does not mean that your boyfriend is sterile. I can't believe that at the age of 19 you don't know that. If you're not prepared for motherhood you may want to discuss your birth control options with your doctor. The one who you should be making an appointment with ASAP.

It's probably just discharge but you need to get on birth control and stop being a MORON. Oh you think he's sterile? No, I'm sorry you don't just diagnose someone as sterile because you've been having sex without birth control and haven't gotten pregnant YET. I'm assuming also that you self diagnosed yourself and your boyfriend as disease-free. Well you need to be ACTUALLY TESTED to be sure. I really hope your boyfriend is sterile. You two should not procreate.
