Really bad bags under my eyes?!
Question: i have pretty big bags under my eyes, and no matter how healthy i eat, get enough sleep, or drink coffee, it really doesn't matter. does anyone have any idea for some remedies that i could try to use to get rid of them? also has anyone had (or known someone who has had) the plastic surgery that removes the fat from under your eyes? what are the costs, treatments, healing, ect? thank you!
