Let me tell you something. I know acne can be very hard to deal with, but try this. When you wash your face, preferably at night, take the water that you are going to use and boil it. Boil it on high to the point where it has been BOILING high for at least 10 minutes. Let it cool down a little bit and if you can, even let the steam get on your face. When the water is cool enough, wash your face with it. This ensures that all of the impurities have been terminated out of the water. This will cleanse your skin, and leave it smooth in a few days. It is not guaranteed to clear up your acne, but when getting rid of acne, you also need to keep your actual facial skin in mind. Most people just want to get rid of acne and then work on getting smoother skin. Well wouldn't it be easier to get rid of acne if your skin was clean and smooth first. Just because you have acne does not mean that the skin under and around your acne can't be smooth and clean. This really works and I hope that you will see the benefits of it.

Drinking water doesn't do much but keep you hydrated. Your body regulates water equilibrium. If you want smooth skin, take a bath (not shower) then add a moisturizer on top to trap the water. If you have oily skin, use a LOTION with as little ingredients in it as possible. The more liquid the moisturizer, the less moisturizing it is but the less likely it will clog your pores. You will have to find a fine balance between moisture (oilyer the better) and clogging your pores (the more runny the better).

8 glasses a day is recommended. you should not drink a lot of water cause you can drown basically. so dont drink a lot so you can have clear skin for tomorrow
