Sickkness..?!
Question: my right eyelid is swollen, and my eyes are bloodshot, and there's like yellowy white stuff coming out of the corner of my eye, and my eye stings & burns. WHAT'S HAPPENING?! and: i have this really weird cough. it's almost like a dry cough, like there's no liquid to cough on. it's weird. ARE THESE TWO RELATED IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM?!

You need to see a doctor. There's a good chance you have some form of pinkeye. The cough could be anything from pnuemonia to ashtma, and only a doctor can determine what it is. Call them and make an appointment.
No dear, your age doesn't make a difference. If your folks are reluctant to take you to the doctor, try seeing the school nurse. You probably do have an eye infection, and you might need antibiotics.

Both could just be an indication of your lowered immunity to germs. It sounds like you have an eye infection, (hence the yellow pus) and it is highly advisable that you go see a doctor ASAP.
I got the same thing after finals, and I got two separate diagnoses. It turns out that I had an eye infection and an athsmatic disorder resulting from previously having pneumonia.
