I get these all the time. Anxiety attacks can feel like a heart attack and can be very scary. Mostly they come when you are relaxed as it is your bodies way of dealing with the stress of the day. Learn Mediation, relaxation, get zoloft or something for stress and learn to breath when you start to feel your heart race at work or school, sit back and breath, breath breath, close your eyes and think of something calm. You only need a minute or two to help.

symptoms are:
raging heartbeat
difficulty breathing, feeling as though you 'can't get enough air
terror that is almost paralyzing
nervous, shaking, stress
heart palpitation, feeling of dread
dizziness, lightheadedness or nausea
trembling, sweating, shaking
choking, chest pains, distress
fear, fright, afraid, anxious
hot flashes, or sudden chills
tingling in fingers or toes ('pins and needles')
fearful that you're going to go crazy or are about to die

Sounds familar right?

my best bet is to go to a doctor, you sound like you could just be suffering from stress, but if this is a problem its best to check it out at your local doctors office

If it continues, see a doctor.

I would say anxiety attack...but see your Dr. if it continues.
