Has anyone encountered swollen lymph nodes under arm?!

Question: If it is not a swollen lymph node what the heck is it. I have been getting them for about the past 2 months and I don't know what is causing it. I used to have really bad sweating problems so I started using Certi-Dri and it was really working. Then I started getting these. What could be causing this? Is it the deoderant or something else?

WELL IT COULD BE SEVERAL THINGS. THE LYMPH GLANDS COULD BE GETTING CLOGGED FROM THE PRODUCT YOU ARE USING.

IT COULD BE YOU HAVE AN INFECTION IN YOUR BODY THAT IS THE PURPOSE OF LYMPH GLANDS.

IT COULD BE CANCER, BUT I WOULD JUST HAVE IT CHECKED BY A DOCTOR IF AFTER STOPPING THE PRODUCT AND IT STILL IS LIKE THIS.

Don't want to scare you, but swollen lymph nodes under the arm could be a serious problem. You better have them checked by a doctor... just to be on the safe side... because there is no way we could give you an accurate answer here.

i agree, you should definitely see a doctor. especially if the lumps you're feeling are under the skin. it can be something really serious, so better safe than sorry.

Get the doc to check you out. Could be many things and swollen lymph glands COULD be one of them.

I've heard that's a symptom associated with the bubonic plague...just heard.

usually a swollen lymph node is due to an infection. lymph nodes are there to filter out poisons in the body. don't play around with these symptoms. get checked, hopefully its nothing but you will feel better if you get a Dr. apt. and have it checked out. there could be alot of things going on, so don't delay in getting an appointment. good luck!

Are you certain that what you are describing are not deep boils or cysts rather than a lymph nodes? Do they come and go or stay in the same location? If they could be cysts then you have an infection and will need antibiotics. If it is a lymph node that you are feeling then you need to see your physician ASAP for an evaluation because you either have an infection or possibly something worse - like cancer.

Most likely if it was cancer you would have additional symptoms and already know that you are ill but there are always exceptions to this. See your Dr now and find out what is going on.

good luck
