Vertigo during pregnancy?!

Question: Ive had vertigo for more than 24 hours and it doesnt seem to be getting better even with sitting upright and drinking lots of fluids should I go to the ER? Or just wait it out?

I would call your OB just to see if everything is okay. It wouldn't hurt. :)
