Weird skin rash on heal of feet...?!

Question: I've been going to the tanning bed, and the back of my heels are really sore, itchy, and look funny, like round splotches. Any idea what this is?

Sounds like a fungus. If you are walking around barefoot in the tanning salon you could have picked up something from another person.
