Can Vanilla Coke cause acne?!


Question: I'm a huge fan of vanilla coke.. and I used to have a lot of acne when I still drank it. I stopped drinking it, and all my acne disappeared!! But when I started drinking them again, acne started appearing again.. could it be that it causes acne? Maybe it's the caffeine that causes it? Thanks for your help! :]

Endocrinologists conducted studies to find the relation between the consumption of Coca-Cola and the breakout of zits among teenagers. The result of the studies isclear. The facts proved that hormones, heredity factors, and other less significant factors are the main causes of acne.

There have been many studies about the effects of drinks and food on acne. None of them have concluded food or any form of beverages cause acne. Coca-Cola or any other drink, including milk, as a flare-up component was not recognized by these studies.
