What healthy options are there for fruit allergies?!

Question: I'm allergic to fruit, but I can drink some fruit juices (logically but sadly, the more processed and less like the actual stuff, the more likely I am not to react). I'd like to still get my fruit servings and the benefits, but I'm not sure what my options are. I've been drinking Welch's White Cherry Grape, but it has a lot of sugar.

I'm kind of at a loss. Ideas?

You might try the V-8 Splash drinks. They have veggies and fruit. I'm not sure of how processed the fruit is, but you'd get the sweetness of fruit with the benefits of veggies. Also, tomatoes, broccoli, and corn are good sources of vitamin C. I know there are other, but I can't remember them. Also, the tomato and cucumber are classified as fruits, so if you like either or both of those, you would be getting some fruit.

I don't have a list, but there are many vegetables that have a fairly high content of vitamin C. I am not a big fruit eater, as I only care for a few types, and I want them fresh. I take a multi-vitamin every day, eat my veggies and hope for the best!

Not listening to Elton John is the big one, of course.

Seriously: Don't all the diet weasels sort of lump fruits and vegetables together? Perhaps you need to steer clear of the former and embrace the latter.

Well, not literally EMBRACE, but you know what I'm getting at.

Ceres brand makes some nice juice combinations.
Pear juice is sometimes well tolerated. You may have to try a health food store.
