I know it's not an std. but today i went jogging and when i got back my penis head has a lil tiny sensitive spot. even when my boxers touch it. i feel a tingle. Not the whole thing just that lil tinyyyyy spot. and there is a lil spot where it's sensitive. the spot is like only 1 shade darker then my skin. not dark at all but it's sumtin. wtf is this? i know it's not an std because i got checked 3 days ago.

Sometimes a condom will rub around on your penis while you are doing the forbidden dance, especially if you are doing it with some gusto. And man, if you are knocking it down 4 times a day well that is a lot of rubbing. Sounds like a friction burn to me. Maybe slow it down to twice a day for a few days.
You could be allergic to the latex in the condoms. Try the sheepskin ones.
could be a pimple or even some chafing.
