Can a dirty enviorment and a uncomfortable bed cause back acne?!
Question: i am getting bad back acne ever since i moved into my dads old dirty apartment and when i started sleeping on a couch thats 8 years old i never had back acne until i came to my dads place i dont know what to do ?

I agree it can be the problem... I would dismantle as much as I could and wash cushions and covers if u are sleeping on the couch. Or tell him to get u a 30$ air bed , so its sanitary. Keep an eye on ur clothing so it is not picking up bacteria from floors and such. Do u laundry seperate or at a laundry mat. put a blanket or sheet down on the couch so u are not directly laying on the couch itself. Hope it helps!

it will make you have serious problems throughout your life!
Couches are not ment to be slept on....also a dirty environment wont directly affect your sleep but subconsciencly it will. clean up.....light some insence, relax....go with some fungshue(spelling)
