Could be food poisoning, stomach bug, or might you be pregnant? Fever tells me that you might just be sick. Just rest, drink lots of water so you don't get dehydrated and wait it out. Stomach flu does not have an antibiotic because it is a virus, so you just have to wait until you get better. If it gets really bad, go to the doctor.

Just because you may not have all the symptoms of the stomach flu does not mean you dont have it. There are different variations of the flu and you could have one of them.

If you have a fever, your stomach hurts or is nauseated, body aches that kind of thing you most likely have the flu.

The best thing you can do is rest. Keep liquids in your body. You should really drink clear liquids because its better for your body at this point. And to make sure this is really what you have i would recommend going to the doctor just to make sure something else isnt wrong.

good luck and i hope you feel better.

I think more of a viral thing. Keep the fluids going, tylenol and rest.

We get stomach flu a lot less than we may believe.

Many times we get food poisoning and it depends on what degree of food poisoning we ingest as to what degree we get sick.

A recent study showed that a large percentage of cut lemons in restaurants had e-coli ~ the bacteria many get sick from when people deficate and don't wash their hands and later touch food. There's a high probability you caught something like that. It can be from food trucks to restaurants.

Thank God we live in a town with restaurant ratings. A few teaspoons of organic apple cider vinegar with a dash of water and an 1/8 tsp. baking powder helps out.

Hope you feel better. ; )
