Health professionals input please.?!

Question: Scenario. You have a patient who is 4 days post inferior MI. They have just got back to the ward after being in CCU and step down unit. They report feeling unwell, have slight chest pain and are breathless and pale.

What could be wrong? I realise there is more than 1 possibilty. What tests / interventions would you implement?

Oxygen, EKG, CKI/Trop.
You didn't mention if they had an intervention like a cardiac stent or if the MI is being treated medically. It does make a difference.
Not sure what kind of ward they would be on after CCU and "step down unit" , are they still on telemetry?
Sorry, too many variables to be of much help. Clearly you want to know if they are reinfarcting, so an EKG and Cardiac enzymes is your first step. Obviously, after calling the card.
