No, I'm afraid they can't.
The first thing they usually try is surgical removal if it's in an area of the brain where they can safely operate without causing too much other permanent damage. Then they usually try radiation therapy, often 5 times/week for 6 weeks and from there they go to Chemotherapy.
Primary brain tumours (glioblasoma multiforme) are always fatal. The treatments above might prolong life a bit, but when these tumours are in an active growth period, they can double their size in 10 days.
