yes they can but the chances of trnasmision are lowerd but there is still a small risk. be careful i had oral herpes transfered to my genials from oral sex. if either of u has an outbreak just wait until its cleared up.

YEs...but you can still spread Herpes without the symptoms of an outbreak...asymptomatic shedding...
