Is there anybody else who is allergic to a state, or certain region??!
Question: No i am not kidding. i am allergia to Florida...well not the actually state since you cannot be allergic to the ground, just whatever grows and or lived there. I went to my allergist and he siad im allergic to EVERYTHING native to florida (you name i'll be allergic to it...). And so i was just wondering, am i the only person who has had this sort of problem??
sorry for any and all typing errors, my fingers are ice cold, and "missing"some of the correct keys i need..
ps. i hope i'm not the only one with this kind of problem....Oh, and i am also allergic to the "typical" things normal people are allergic too. Could this be something more then a allergy 'problem" or am i hoping for a quick fix that doesn't exist?? thnx ..

YES! I am so glad you asked this question! I have the same problem! I never had allergies living in the smog of Southern California (I am going to go back in the near future). Now, I live in New Mexico, and I have developed tons of allergies. I started having these horrible reactions that have ended me in the hospital. I always tell people I am allergic to the state and I need to get out!
Here in Kentucky it is about as bad as it can get. I had my first one a week ago, and although I love spring I'm not looking forward to the pollen and mold...
change your dr! and get allergy tested! allergic to everything native to florida????? Get another dr hon.
um no, because its a physical reaction your body gets from comming in contact with a substance which it doesnt tolerate.... haha okay I read the text, that makes more sense.

and maybe ur mom paid off the doc so he says that so you dont go on spring break there hhaaha
I grew up in the country, lived on a farm and had slight allergies to things in the summer/fall.
I moved to the city and have had no problems, but whenever we go back to visit my parents (who no longer live on the farm, but still live in the country) I sneeze all the time, have a stuffy nose & feel horrible. I started taking an OTC allergy medication before we go "home" and it works.
Perhaps I stand corrected, But to me it seems physically impossible to be allergic to "Everything" native to the State of Florida. Does that mean people who were born here too? What about the sand, water, fish, McDonald's, I mean that's just crazy to believe what your Dr. said. I think I would find another Dr. A.S.A.P! Before he tells you that your also allergic to Money, so you had best give all yours to him, lol, hahaha. Or, He will tell you that your allergic to "Air", lol, Then you will have to be the "Girl In A Bubble", lmao. Find another Dr. at the very least. hope this helped! seeya
Ohio bugs me.The humidity(they tell me its the heat).In the summer I can't breath,and get hot so quick.In the winter its like taking a 24 hour cold bath.I hate it.Some of my fam. members went west where it was dry/hot and they liked it.
