Ring around the ankle???!

Question: OK I know first you will say...see a doc... and I will but I am curious......Ok usually i can google and find an answer to just about everything but this has me stumped. For at least a month I have had these marks around both ankles, like sock marks . However, I do not wear socks that come up this high. I had a complete physical about 3 weeks ago , of course I forgot to mention this. I have no pain, or itching, swelling, etc.
I do have cold feet and hands but it is still winter. I do have eczema, mildly, and very dry skin. I have also had this weird plugged up ear and a wooshing sound but as I also have sinus issues in the winter, this is not abnormal for me.
At my physical, my BP,HR, and all blood work was normal. Any ideas? Here's a link to a picture of my ankles, yes I know, need to shave.
