Yes.The chickenpox virus is spread through the air by infected people when they sneeze or cough. The disease also spreads from touching the chickenpox blisters without careful handwashing afterwards.
If you have already had chickenpox, you are probably immune. Being immune means that if you are exposed to chickenpox again, your body can fight off the infection and you will not get sick. If you had a very mild case of chickenpox with just a few blisters, it is possible to have chickenpox again, but this is very rare.
After infection, the virus stays in your body for life. The virus can later cause shingles, which causes a painful, blistering rash on one side of the body. Touching the fluid in the shingles blisters can spread chickenpox to someone who has not had chickenpox.
Less than 5% of adults are at risk of having chickenpox. Most are immune because they have had chickenpox or the shot. However, when an adult has chickenpox, the infection can be more serious than it is in children.
YEAH ! if ur an adult...chicken pox SUCK and they are way worse! its best to get em as a baby i have heard, then you will be immune the rest of your life...........
My Mum didn't have chicken pox 'til she was pregnant with my big brother. She would have been thirty seven. Scary.
it is good to have chicken pox when ur young because if u get it when ur old, it could be deadly

but getting it wen ur a baby that is BABY! is not good either.

id rather take the shots cuz i dnt wanna be in bed and bath for two weeks and wiping lotion all over my frikin body. so..
