go to walmart or target and by the acne free skin care line (its like off brand pro-active)....i have had horrible!!! acne since i was 11 and went to a dermatologist and estheticians, and spent millions on prescriptions and salon crap, but i bought this kit, and as long as I use it once a day, I never get breakouts at all!!...the estheticians and dermatologists will tell you it ruins your skin, because they want your money. and i dont work for these people...i just like having clear skin, and im so happy that i finally found something that works at 26 years old, that i have to share it with everyone.

pop them. I do all the time and it works my skin forgets the irritants were ever there. You are the cleanser.
A facial steam to gently open up the pores and release the fluid. Don't pop them! That just lead to more irritation, and leaves chance for bacterial infection.

I suffer from terrible acne, and let me tell you popping is one of the worst things you can do. The best coarse of action to remove one quickly is to take a clean wash cloth and soak some of it in very warm running water. Hold the damp part against the white head until the cloth starts to cool and then remove it, add more warm water, and reapply it. After a couple time of doing this the white head will either open on its own or just wipe away with a gentle motion of the wash cloth.
If you are not not in a hurry, I'd recommend Nutrigina On the Spot cream. I find it starts working over night.
get a steel tool from the beauty supply store!... It keeps the skin from swelling up and just gets the white stuff right out!

if they're really small, as in, haven't started oozing pus yet/formed a head, just apply benzoyl peroxide (5%) cream daily.
If they HAVE formed a head, after a nice hot, steamy shower, lean into the mirror and very very very gently squeeze with your fingers (not nails!) until the pus starts oozing out. it'll sort of be like squeezing toothpaste. If it is a larger pimple, the head of the pimple may need to be nicked off by a sterile needle or pin before you squeeze. MAKE SURE ALL THE WHITE PUS IS GONE or else the pimple will reform! rinse, apply the benzoyl peroxide cream or an antibiotic cream like neosporin.
and don't squeeze until it bleeds or else you'll have a scar! :-P
Strips of any kind will not get rid of white heads. These are something that only time can heal I'm afraid, at least that's my experience with them. Don't try to squeeze them, they only get worse and last longer. They can last for weeks or months. Just clean the area everyday, and eventually it will take care of itself, Mine did. Check out webMD, on their articles about them. If you're seeking a "now" solution, you might want to see a dermatologist, and maybe he can do something.
