Never ever ever ever ever ever touch them. It spreads bacteria onto them. Just wash them every morning and night if possible, and use creams and stuff like that. They won't go straight away, but they will gradually. Hope I helped! :D

drink lots of water and wash your face 3 times a day

wash your face on a regular basis.

first things first : DO NOT USE PROACTIV use clean and clear and wash ur face daily

Use proactive solution!! its on tv and stuff!! I use it and it works great!!! I've been a costurmer for 2 years now and my face is really clear!!! Hope this helps!! Also chack ouy their website its the same as the name!!!

Wash your face gently.
Never Ever Touch your face!
buy the 2.5% Benzoyl Perozide Cream off of http://acne.org

if you wash your face too much you will dry out your skin which causes your skin to produce more oil and eventually will cause more breakouts....wash in the morning and at night and use a topical skin cream from your drug store. personally, I like Neutrogena, because it works well without overdrying. Also, Dabbing on some hydrogen peroxide after you wash your face helps to kill bacteria on the skin. Good luck!

Wash your face, dont use proactive if it is a severe case of acne. It only works if you have 2 pimples here and there every once and a while. Try TriClear, they say they work better than proavtive. If you cant afford it use clean and clear. DONT ever pop them, it will make it worse and/or leave scars. Plus it hurts!

I think the thing that helps me most is Stridex pads. My mom won't get me proactiv, so i think the best thing besides that is Stridex. Also, if you're in need of quick help, just get an ice cube and leave it on there for about five minutes. When you take it off, it will look red, but it helps the swelling go down

There are several different ways to approach this. Face masks help take oil off of your face, if your face is always oilly. I recomend Neutrogena as far as products go. I use the "Wave" which is so far doing its job. Also use a nice moisterizer afterword, but not too much because that would defeat the purpose. Put a dab of medication (also sold by Neutrogena) on each pimple overnight, and they shoudl start fading.

But above all, DON'T OVER WASH YOUR FACE.

Hope this helps :)

I used to have acne really bad and know how you feel. One day I was searching for acne cures and crap I found this website http://www.my-info-portal.com/acne/ haha( I bookmarked it lol )

Anyway I got the acne free product deal he recommends and my acne literally disappeared. It was crazy. The product i bought guaranteed it would cure your acne in 3 days or your money back. I think it's only like $25 or something

Anyway, I hope that helps!

don't eat greasy foods. if you have to, drink A LOT of water after. use clean and clear morning burst oil-free face wash. you can use it at night. it doesn't really matter. also, try using a humidifier in your room. don't always think that acne has to do with oily skin. it could be infected because it's too dry. when you wash your face, splash on warm water a couple of times, use soap, then rinse with cold water. PAT yourself dry. hoped that helped! :]
